I first met Liz thru her sister (and matron-of-honor), Karen, who not only spent the year with me hanging out with my niece and nephew and her kids, but also just so happens to be one of my awesome second shooters. Needless to say, I couldn’t have been more thrilled to shoot Liz and Pete’s wedding this past weekend, which took place at Christ Lutheran Church in Baltimore with the reception at the National Aquarium in Baltimore. Talk about an amazing location for a wedding reception!
Now, the thing about shooting in a location like this is that it is not the easiest task! Knowing our time in the aquarium would be limited, we did a walk-thru a few weeks back to map out a strategy for pictures. Pete wanted to make sure we got “shark teeth and shark tank”, so that was definitely at the top of the list for portraits. We had a fun time going throughout the aquarium — definitely an adventure!
Liz and Pete are a really sweet and fun couple and it was truly a pleasure working with them and their lovely families. Here are a few of my favorite pictures of the evening; enjoy!
