Today’s engagement session is actually one shot in two parts: the first part, we shot in June in Historic Ellicott City and the second in October. Both times, Ann and Neale were aiming for a day that would be a little bit cooler; both times, there was a heat wave that hit the area and made temperatures flare to the high nineties. Since Ann and Neale are getting married this coming February, we’re hoping that the trend continues and it’s one of the most unseasonably warm February wedding days in recent years. :) Both times, though, Ann and Neale were really awesome (and they look pretty darned happy, right?!). Ann and Neale also cooperated with my crazy photography schemes and came up with the brilliant idea of climbing up onto a beam in a barn during our second shoot. Since I was in my third trimester of pregnancy at that point, I can’t tell you how excited I was that someone would be doing some climbing during the shoot! (Patrick had told me I wasn’t allowed to anymore, haha). Anyway, here are some of my favorites from both shoots.
