Happy New Year! Last year was quite a year for me. Aside from a lot of personal changes (like getting married), it was a fantastic year for photography. I was so blessed to be able to shoot so many wonderful couples, families, and high school seniors all over Maryland and the tri-state area. With all the personal changes, I didn’t have quite as much time to blog as I would have liked, which is why it was so particularly important for me to get this “best of” out to you this year. As I went back through all my weddings and portrait shoots this year, I often found myself with a grin on my face, remembering the smiles and joy that came along with these events. I managed to narrow the field down to about 900 and then kept whittling away until I had a little under 300 (268 total). I tried my very best to include at least one or two from each shoot but some of the extra pictures just needed to be posted. This is the heart of my business. It is hard work but so unbelievably rewarding to be able to capture and share these beautiful memories and adventures. Having spent untold hours behind my camera last year, this is a chance for you all to see how I saw the world.
Thank you so much to all my clients. I had tears in my eyes as I watched the final product and I was honored to be there for you all. Also many thanks to Maria Clark, Christi Bushar, Tim McCormack, Maureen Martin, and most especially my husband, Patrick for their help and work with me throughout the year. I couldn’t have done it without you.
Much love to you all,
